General Qualifications
All applicants must have the ability and desire to work with girls and
adults as a team member. This is essential. Camp experience and a Girl Scout
background are helpful but not required. Salary is determined by experience and skill levels.

Assistant Camp Director/CIT Director
Assist camp director in camp operations, support and supervise unit staff, coordinate schedules, and conduct CIT training. |

Coordinates and supervises waterfront activities and waterfront staff. Current certification in WSI, Lifeguard, Waterfront Lifeguard or equivalent experience. |

Waterfront Assistant/Boating Instructor
Serves as a lifeguard and assists in teaching aquatics and/or small watercraft. Current ARC Lifeguard and Waterfront Lifeguard Certification or equivalent. Canoe Instructor Certification is needed for boating instructor. |

Essential Functions
- Ability to communicate to staff and campers the safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to environmental and other hazards related to camp
- Ability to communicate and work with campers of various age and skill levels to provide necessary instructions
