Please read Registration Procedures carefully before completing the Forms. Registrations for each session will be accepted until the session is full. Please call the council office if you would like to register for a session that begins within one week of the date that you are registering.

To preview the book correctly, the view in Adobe will need to be changed to "facing" or "continuous facing". Depending on your version of Adobe, this can be found in Adobe as a button in the lower right corner of the screen or in the "view" drop-down menu at the top of the screen.

Camp Golden Valley Day Camp/She & Me/Troop Core Camp Health Form

Please include this health form when registering for Day Camp, She & Me, and Troop Core Camp. Girls who are attending Resident Camp (Sunday-Friday) do not need to submit this form.

This form will be mailed out in the confirmation packet to all girls and adults attending more than 3 days and 2 nights of camp. New Health Forms should be brought to camp; please do not mail to the office. Girls and adults who are attending Day Camp, She & Me, or Troop Core Camp do not need to fill out this form. Please only print this form if needed before the confirmation packets are mailed. If a physical has been completed within the past 24 months and we have it on file, we will have it ready at check-in.

Campership - Financial Assistance Application
(Only available for registered Girl Scouts of the Pioneer Council)

*Out of council Girl Scouts - If you are applying for a campership from your council, you should go ahead and register, pay the deposit amount to hold your spot and indicate that you are awaiting financial aid from your council. You should apply using your council process.
