The Fall Nut Program is a "friends and family" product sale program. The fall program helps Girl Scouts learn valuable skills that can help them throughout their life - teamwork, people skills, responsibility and money handling are just a few. It is an easy way for Troops/Groups to earn profit to use during the year.

Additionally, a portion of funds generated also allow the council to continue to provide quality programs for all girls, leaders and volunteers.

Our Girl Scout Cookie Program is a girl program. Just as other Girl Scout programs are designed to teach girls specific life skills. The cookie program teaches girls skills including salesmanship, how to work as a team, organization, responsibility, money handling and the economics of supply and demand.

As a result of this program girls, troops/groups, Service Units, and the council raise vital funds necessary for the council to maintain properties and provide quality programs for the girls. Funds raised are earmarked specifically for program and property use only.

In essence, the girls who participate help ensure that Girl Scouting will exist for themselves and younger girls while they learn valuable skills that will serve them all their lives.
