"Go for IT!" Gold Workshop Sessions

Before a Gold Award Project Proposal may be submitted, the applicant must attend a wrokshop. Choose your session and register.

The Girl Scout Gold Award Project Proposal form (PDF, 23KB) must be submitted to the council by the paperwork due dates. This application includes a timeline and plan for the project. The council will contact you to set up your entry interview. The volunteer Gold Award Review Board will review your proposal. They may make suggestions based on safety, timeline, or project standards. You can't start your project without approval from your council.

The Girl Scout Gold Award Final Report (PDF, 20.4KB) must be filled in and submitted to the council by the paperwork due dates. The council will contact you to set up your Gold Award Project exit review. The volunteer Gold Award Review Board will review your completed project and prepare you for a special Council-wide Gold Award Recognition Ceremony. Ceremonies can also be planned by individuals, groups, or Service Units to honor girls upon completion of their project.
